In recent years,with the development of science and technology,complex dynamic networks have widely penetrated all walks of life and occupied a very important position in human social life.For example,it has been widely used in the fields of Internet,transportation,communication,biomedicine,intelligent manufacturing,and social networking.A complex network system is composed of multiple subsystems that are interwoven and communicate with each other,and can also be regarded as a network of interactions between individuals or units.Among them,the collective dynamic behavior of complex dynamic networks is a representative dynamic feature,which means that the synchronous control of complex dynamic network systems is a very valuable and meaningful research direction.Due to the extensive application of complex network systems and their research value,it has attracted the attention of a large number of researchers and experts,and further exploration and analysis of the synchronization control of complex network systems.In this paper,through the use of algebraic graph theory,free weighted matrix,linear matrix inequality,Lyapunov function and other methods,this paper studies and analyzes the problems of actuator saturation,sampling controller design,and synchronization control optimization in complex dynamic network systems.Through inference theory,the stability of the complex dynamic network system is explored,and the distributed sampling data controller is designed according to the obtained synchronization criterion,which finally enables all subsystems in the complex dynamic network to achieve state synchronization.The main research results of this article are summarized as follows:1.The research background and significance of the complex dynamic network,related definitions and concepts,current research status at home and abroad are introduced,and the dynamic characteristics are further discussed,thus the research topic of this paper is proposed.2.Aiming at the synchronization of complex dynamic network systems,some existing research results are discussed and their research methods,processes and characteristics are analyzed in depth.By analyzing and comparing various research methods and controller design strategies,the research methods for synchronization problems of complex dynamic network systems with actuator saturation are obtained.By constructing a novel Lyapunov function,making full use of sampling information,using free weighting matrix method and Kronecker product technology,and combining linear matrix inequality tools,the synchronization criterion of complex dynamic network system is deduced theoretically.3.In this paper,a distributed sampling data controller method is designed,and the corresponding controller design inference is obtained.The obtained synchronization theorem is transformed into two optimization problems,and the maximum sampling upper bound of the controller is obtained through the iterative method.Then,a simulation example is used to verify the correctness of the controller design,that is,the complex dynamic network system can achieve synchronization when the actuator is saturated.4.This paper discusses the application prospects of the proposed control method,and gives an example application to verify the practical application value of the control strategy.Finally,a brief summary of the research content of this article,and the future research directions are prospected.
