With the rapid development of science and technology,with the help of advanced science and technology and the extensive application of artificial intelligence technology,the acquisition and application of 3D data has received more and more attention.Face unlocking and payment based on 3D data,3D printers,AI photography of smart phones,etc.are all closely related to our lives.The use of three-dimensional data can be widely used in quality control,reverse engineering,precision manufacturing,and digitization of artworks in the field of manufacturing.Because the structured light three-dimensional imaging method has the advantages of fast speed,non-contact and non-destructive detection,it is one of the current mainstream measurement technologies,and is particularly suitable for the detection of high-quality and valuable surfaces.However,when measuring surfaces with discontinuous areas,large errors can occur.This paper mainly studies the error compensation method of the three-dimensional imaging method of structured light based on fringe projection and fringe reflection in discontinuous regions.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:1.Theoretical analysis of discontinuous area error in 3D imaging method of structured lightThe basic principle of the structured light three-dimensional imaging method based on fringe projection and fringe reflection technology is introduced,and the mechanism of the error in the discontinuous area is analyzed in detail based on the point spread function.A discontinuous area error compensation algorithm for 3D imaging of structured light is proposed.The validity of the model and algorithm is verified by simulation.2.Experimental study on discontinuous object error compensation based on structured light three-dimensional imaging methodFor fringe projection and fringe reflection measurement technology,design and build experimental systems separately to measure objects with discontinuous reflectivity.According to the proposed error generation mechanism and error model,the corresponding experimental verification is carried out,and the measurement results are compensated by the proposed error compensation algorithm.The compensation result can reduce the phase error obviously.3.Semi-quantitative analysis of scratches on transparent mirror surface based on modulation principleSeveral methods and principles for characterizing defects based on fringe reflection measurement method are introduced.The principle of measuring defects based on modulation degree is analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of the above characterization methods are compared through experiments.A semi-quantitative grading method based on the normalized modulation degree value for the scratch width is proposed,and the effectiveness of the method is verified through multiple sets of experiments..4.Research on the method of eliminating the effect of dust in mirror object defect detectionIn the industrial inspection of the surface defects of mirror objects,the principle that the dust attached to the surface will affect the defect detection is analyzed,and a method of defect detection for mirror objects that can effectively remove the effects of dust is proposed.Carrying out corresponding experiments proves that the method can effectively remove the influence of dust in defect detection.
