With the rapid development of manufacturing industry,3D surface measurement is of great significance in the fields of industry,medical and biological.The requirements of measurement speed and accuracy are higher and higher.Especially in the hydraulic industry,the measurement efficiency and accuracy of the core component 3D data are related to the quality and competitiveness of the system.Based on this,this dissertation uses the advantages of digital fringe projection 3D measurement technology,such as low cost,high-precision and easy to realize automation,to carry out the study of precise measurement of 3D surface of oil distribution disc,and improve and optimize the key technologies.The main work is outlined as follows:(1)A simple and convenient phase unwrapping method was proposed.This method only needed to project an additional premade auxiliary pattern,which marked with the corresponding position of the phase value jump point.The camera collected an auxiliary image synchronously,and the number of cycles required for phase unwrapping can be solved by image analyzing and processing.This method has the advantages of high processing speed,high reliability and less images.(2)The model and calibration method of digital fringe projection 3D measurement system were studied.In the classical system model,the geometric constraint relationship of the spatial position of the device is very strict,and it is difficult to calibrate.Therefore,this dissertation described a flexible system model and calibration method which greatly relaxed the geometric constraint conditions.It simplifies the calibration process and has high measurement accuracy.(3)A set of 3D surface measurement platform for oil distribution disc was built,which composed of digital camera,projection device and transmission mechanism.This platform is dedicated to the realization of high precision and high efficiency online measurement function of 3D surface of the hydraulic components with oil distribution disc as the main goal.In this dissertation,the accurate 3D surface measurement of the oil distribution disc was realized,which can provide the method reference and technical support for the efficient and accuracy detection of the 3D surface of the hydraulic components.Figure [45] Table [6] Reference [64]...
