Sweeping robot has been more and more used in the cleaning work of family ground.It is not only a kind of service robot,but also belongs to the category of intelligent home appliances.At the same time,it has some attributes of consumer electronic products in the market and appearance,and it is also one of the Internet of things terminals.The performance evaluation of sweeping robot is divided into four dimensions:dust removal ability,walking ability,noise level and intelligence level.Among them,the dust removal capacity and noise level,the two main evaluation indicators,show a more significant negative correlation.In order to take into account the two key performance indicators of the sweeper robot,in the mechanical design of the sweeper robot,it is necessary to ensure that,without reducing the technical parameters such as fan speed,roller speed,air duct vacuum degree,etc.,through the targeted structural optimization of each sound source,noise reduction processing is carried out from each noise contribution module one by one,so as to reduce the noise of the whole machine.This paper will explore how to find and distinguish each noise source,determine the contribution of each noise source to the noise of the whole machine,and find out the noise generating mechanism of high contribution noise source,and obtain noise reduction measures.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the engineering practice and theoretical analysis,this paper studies the mechanism of noise absorption of each module,discusses the corresponding noise control measures,and provides a theoretical basis for noise reduction design.(2)On this basis,the fundamental frequency of each sound source system is calculated by the method of simple harmonic force excitation,and then the spectral characteristics and noise contribution of each sound source are determined by means of spectral analysis.(3)After the main sound source is determined as the air inlet,the aerodynamic model and three-dimensional simulation model of the air channel are established.Through the finite element analysis of the air channel model,the structural optimization scheme is found out.(4)For the optimized air duct scheme,the finite element analysis is carried out again to determine its optimization effectiveness,and then the prototype is made for testing.According to other schemes that may be adopted in engineering practice,a multi scheme prototype is made for comparative test.Through the comparative analysis of the test results,the optimization of the simulation scheme is verified.Finally,the application of spectrum analysis method in vacuum cleaner,home appliance,service robot and other industries is demonstrated.
