At present,TFT-LCD is Rapid Rise in Display Industry and Has a large share in the market.TFT-LCD are prone to various defects in the production process,Relevant tests must be carried out before leaving the factory.In this paper,a TFT-LCD experimental module with resolution 1920×1080 is presented.Starting with its structure,characteristics and driving principle,The signal driving circuit and backlight driving circuit are designed.And light up the module.The sample module adopts LVDS signal interface design,the working Voltage is5 V,Supporting frequencies from 30 MHz to 170 MHz,Controlled by FPGA programming,After simulation,the program is downloaded to the chip,use a Conversion Circuit for Voltage Conversion on Chip.In addition to providing a start-up voltage to turn the lamp on,the backlight part needs to be provided.There are also requirements for normal working voltage.When the voltage converter works,it needs to provide a 5V DC voltage for the signal,a 12 V DC voltage for the backplane,and a voltage that can adjust the voltage value to change the brightness of the lamp.The defect research and detection of TFT-LCD is the most important process in TFT-LCD manufacturing.Array defect detection is the most important process.This paper is based on the 1920×1080 TFT-LCD panel manufacturing process in the mean time,it refer to TFT-LCD display panel technology,To display panel array defect detection technology in-depth research,including the type of defects,mechanism,detection methods,with the equivalent circuit model,experimental design,comparative analysis etc.We propose a comprehensive and effective detection methods,in particular,encountered in the production of some non-conventional defect detection test proposed innovative approaches,and though product design Change to achieve more effective detection efficiency,more accurate detection of defects,so as to improve product yield and improve the production line benefits.This paper first introduces the basic structure of the LCD intelligent detection system,and discusses the image processing methods used in the detection algorithm.Then itintroduces the five kinds of defect detection processes and the corresponding experiments in details.Finally,it analyzes advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm including the follow-up work.
