3D printing is a new type of rapid molding manufacturing technology starting in the mid-to-late 1980 s,with specific structures and functions of components can be printed according to 3D design documents,for product prototypes and small quantities of multi-variety manufactured products,can make the development and manufacturing cycle shortened,flexible and diverse,suitable for the contemporary fast-paced market competition.As an important technical means in rapid molding,the manufacturing process and maintenance process are simple and occupy an important position in the field of 3D printing.Among the various storage types of model data,a method for visualizing the STL file model is proposed for the 3D Model Interface(Stereo Lithography,STL)format file during 3D printing,based on the C++ programming language and Open GL that is open source graphical program interface library.Supports the visualization of the reconstruction of the STL file topology,allowing the STL data model to read the display and perform basic graphical transformation operations.In order to obtain two-dimensional profile data more quickly,based on the in-depth analysis of the topological processing method of the STL model,an algorithm for the reconstruction of STL format file topology based on hash_set containers is proposed,and the hash function is rewritten by establishing the data structure of points,edges and faces,the hash_set container that rewrites the hash function when inserting element data is used for point and edge data s tructure to achieve topological reconstruction of the file,quickly remove redundant data,simplify data storage,solve the problem of long query time of topological information and slow contour generation,speed up the search speed of neighborhood edges and faces,and shorten the time of slice layering.In order to improve printing accuracy with the software system,with finite elementas as the means of analysis,static stress deformation shift as an intermediate variable,the profile specification selecti on and frame fabric in parallel FDM3 D printing equipment to optimize the selection,compare the advantages and disadvantages of different combinations of the rod spherical and feeding mechanism,and select a better motion connection structure.For PLA consumables,the temperature field simulation of the hot melt nozzle of FDM-type 3D printer is carried out to explore the influence of the model cooling mechanism on the nozzle temperature,the cooling structure of the molded part is improved to improve the surface molding quality of the model,and the reliability of the model is verified by developing the software system for model operation,and the mechanical structure is verified for physical printing.
