China's manufacturing industry in the intelligent power is still not enough,this paper expects to achieve intelligent car parts transportation to improve the efficiency of the manufacturing industry,reduce costs.The intelligent car itself is a comprehensive control system which integrates the functions of environment perception and autonomous decision-making.In the actual factory,we need to complete the assembly and processing of parts,and realize the short distance workpiece transportation.This is undoubtedly a heavy and boring work,which can be completely replaced by smart cars,which will greatly liberate the labor force,which is also a study in line with China's national conditions.Based on this,the key technologies of the embedded intelligent transportation vehicle in this paper are as follows:(1)The construction of smart car embedded system:mainly includes the selection of related hardware and the installation of drivers;the development and burning of Linux system application software environment;the integration and test of host code in embedded system.(2)In this paper,the map is first imported into the intelligent car for global path planning,and the obstacles that encounter changes can also be recorded in the map and new path planning can be carried out,and finally reach the end point.It is more suitable for intelligent transportation in the factory environment.One of the core problems in this paper is to apply the path planning algorithm to the intelligent car and realize the automatic navigation in the factory environment.(3)The application of target recognition algorithm of intelligent transportation vehicle in embedded platform and factory environment:after the intelligent vehicle gets the front image,it needs to recognize the location of the target,and get the relative distance between the target and the vehicle according to the known location.The application of the algorithm of distance measurement and recognition between the intelligent transportation vehicle and the target workpiece in the embedded intelligent vehicle is also one of the core problems that need to be solved in this paper.To sum up,this paper selects the best algorithm to embed in the intelligent car through the comparison of related algorithms.The intelligent car recognizes the workpiece information through the image recognition algorithm,obtains the corresponding destination,then makes the path planning according to the improved a*algorithm,and finally tests the feasibility of the intelligent car in the simulation environment.
