With the increase of the aging population,the chatting and escorting robot for the elderly has become more and more important,and the core technology of chatting and escorting robots is voice dialogue system.Voice dialogue system is a system that can communicate with human through voice.Voice dialogue system can be divided into task-based conversation system and non task-based conversation system as a whole.Task-based conversation system and non task-based conversation system.Among them,task-based dialogue system refers to a dialogue system with certain dialogue logic in a certain field,while non task-based dialogue system generally refers to a more flexible chat dialogue.In this paper,the voice dialogue system is applied to the chatting and escorting robot,and the object-oriented system is mainly for the elderly.The chatting and escorting robot can not only chat with the elderly to relieve boredom,but also help the elderly in medical and health aspects.At the same time,in terms of communication,text communication and voice communication are available,which is very convenient for the elderly.In this paper,the whole business module and function module of chatting and escorting robots dialogue system are designed,and it is divided into two parts: chat and medical health.First of all,a text generation method of multi turn dialogue system based on word correlation is proposed.In this method,seq2seq(sequence to sequence)model and attention mechanism are used to improve the accuracy of a single round of conversation reply,as well as the sharing of information among multiple sentences.At the same time,the judgment method of sentence correlation is used to determine whether topic transfer occurs,which can effectively detect whether topic transfer occurs in conversation,and improve the accuracy of reply.Secondly,a task-based health dialogue management method based on improved knowledge map is proposed.This method first uses intention extraction to extract the intention of the speaker,and classifies the intention to enter the conversation management system.The dialogue management part can regulate the robot's action and control the dialogue process,and the dialogue management module will be directly connected to the knowledge map module.The knowledge map adopts a seven step method from part to whole,which can build the knowledge map more quickly and provide users with professional medical and health problems.Finally,the system is presented on the web page.It can answer the questions in the field of medical health accurately,and also can deal with the topics of small talk,help users to relieve boredom,and give people a more real experience.
