With the in-depth development of the Internet of Things,it has laid a solid foundation for the development of smart community construction.Smart communities have put forward more precise and secure requirements for community service construction.However,the smart community project currently under construction or already completed is still at the basic data statistical analysis stage for the design of the service system,and has not yet been extended to a higher stage.In the construction of a smart community,how to build an efficient and accurate service system,effectively use existing data resources,and provide convenient and efficient service experience for community users has become an important issue in the construction.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the respective connotations of the smart community and user portrait technology,this paper takes the neighboring cloud platform as the research background,mainly uses the Skeletal Methodolody method(skeleton method)to construct the ontology user portrait tag system,and uses the scalable the k-means clustering algorithm constructs group user portraits,and finally forms a user portrait system built on the intelligent community information platform.In the construction plan,a multi-layer user portrait tag system of the data layer,the fact layer and the business layer was established,and the corresponding weight of the tag system was calculated through the normalization formula.Among them,the fact layer tags are mainly constructed from the two dimensions of the user's basic attributes and behavior attributes.The business layer tags are mainly attribute tags of the behavior layer,which are described in four dimensions from the user's habits,activity,seeking help,and platform socialization user image tag.The system through user registration information and daily login information to obtain user behavior characteristics.After obtaining the information,this system will add a time decay factor to match the corresponding user tag,and establish a corresponding matching mechanism.These work have laid the foundation for the functions of community survey,smart single store,property service,and online mall in the smart community information platform.By designing the user portrait system in the smart community information platform,a smart community management system based on data technology is constructed.The verification of the effect of group portraits shows that the design of a smart community information platform based on user portrait technology is feasible and achieves the expected results.
