With the increasing popularity of computers and the continuous update of Internet technology,the application advantages of electronic archives are gradually prominent.More and more enterprises choose to use computers to realize the input and storage of archive information,which can not only avoid data loss,but also realize the efficient management of data.However,with the gradual increase of the complexity of data information,when the data is input and stored,the corresponding security risks are buried for the repeated input of data.If we do not do a good job in the detection before data entry,it will cause a burden to the operation of the database.In the process of research,this paper uses vue.js Framework design and development of the file entry management system,the system has data information standardized entry,view,multi criteria search and other functions,and set up different permissions for different personnel,to ensure the security of data storage.However,when entering data,in order to avoid repetitive data entry,only the file name is restricted to be unique,that is,as long as the same name of the file is not allowed to be entered,thus increasing the entry of malicious repetitive data.Before data entry,in order to avoid the situation of wrong entry,missing entry and re entry,it is necessary to analyze and judge the semi-structured data.Therefore,this paper studies the problem of re entry of semi-structured data.In order to solve the problem,we use case analysis,literature analysis and comparative induction to innovate the input mode of the file entry management system,build a similarity judgment model based on the weight analysis method,and propose the semi-structured data repeated input detection technology.This method is no longer limited by the uniqueness of the file name,but realizes the double detection of the file record name and the content of the file record,making the data judgment more comprehensive.Compared with the traditional algorithm,it not only improves the data input rate,but also reduces the data repetition rate,effectively improves the data input quality,and reduces the operation burden of the database.
