With the continuous progress of science and technology,the emergence of detection technology has brought great convenience to people's lives and has been widely used in people's daily lives.The method of using a single detection sensor to detect objects has advantages such as convenience and speed,and has been widely favored by people.However,when the detection environment becomes more complicated,it is difficult for a single detection sensor to meet the requirements in terms of detection accuracy and reliability.Information fusion technology can make up for the defects in this area and can effectively improve the measurement accuracy.Aiming at the shortage of single sensor measurement,this paper designs an infrared and radar composite detection system.The detection system mainly includes three parts,namely infrared detection part,radar detection part,and data composite processing part.Infrared detection module has designed infrared transmitting module,infrared receiving module and time measuring module.The radar detection module uses SP25 radar sensor.In the design of the infrared emission circuit,SPL?PL90?3 is selected as the infrared emission tube,and according to the basic characteristics of the infrared emission tube,an emission driving circuit is designed to drive the infrared emission tube to emit infrared signals.In the infrared receiving circuit,the APD avalanche diode is selected as the infrared receiving tube,and a high voltage bias circuit,a pre-amplifier circuit and a main amplifier circuit are designed to amplify the echo signal.The time measurement circuit selects the TDC-GP22 time-to-digital converter.The STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller reads the parameters in the internal register of the time-to-digital converter through the SPI interface to obtain the time of the transmitted signal and the received signal.The single-chip computer can obtain the distance value by calculation.The fusion part mainly performs adaptive weighting processing on the radar module data and the infrared module data,and displays the distance value obtained after the processing through the display module.This dissertation introduces the basic principles of infrared and radar detection,designs the corresponding hardware circuit and related software parts,and conducts corresponding tests and analysis on each module of the detection system.The test results show that each detection module can work normally,and the detection system can effectively detect targets within the range of 20 m,and the working performance meets the design requirements.
