With the continuous development of quantum computer,quantum computing is known as one of the important directions of the future development of computing science because of its super parallel computing ability and exponential storage capacity.Quantum computation makes full use of some inherent properties of quantum,such as quantum coherence,quantum superposition,quantum entangled state and quantum measurement for operation and data processing.Intelligent optimization algorithm is an important branch in the field of artificial intelligence optimization research.It is mainly a kind of algorithm designed by people inspired by the laws of nature or biology,according to its principles and imitating its laws.The combination of quantum computing principle and intelligent optimization algorithm forms the quantum optimization algorithm,which can improve the calculation efficiency and avoid falling into local extreme value to a certain extent.In order to improve the performance of the algorithm,broaden the application field of the algorithm and improve the algorithm system,the quantum optimization algorithm studied in this paper integrates quantum computing with genetic algorithm and neural network.In this paper,the related problems of quantum optimization algorithm are studied.The specific work is introduced as follows:This paper studies the principle of quantum genetic algorithm,summarizes the current research situation of quantum genetic algorithm,analyzes the defects of traditional quantum genetic algorithm,proposes an improved scheme of quantum genetic algorithm based on the dynamic update step size and verifies the performance of the scheme.The experimental results show that the improved quantum genetic algorithm has a faster convergence speed and the search results of the optimal solution is closer to the actual optimal solution.A scheme to optimize the BP neural network using the improved quantum genetic algorithm is designed,and a DDoS attack detection experiment is used to verify the effectiveness of the scheme.The results show that the new scheme can effectively optimize BP neural network,and the optimized BP neural network has higher detection rate and lower false alarm rate for DDoS attack detection.A new scheme of quantum genetic algorithm based on the advantage of quantum parallel is designed.In this scheme,in order to speed up the operation of the algorithm,multiple values represented by quantum chromosome will change when the only one parameter is adjusted.The feasibility of the scheme is demonstrated by theoretical analysis.A scheme of DDoS attack detection based on multi-layer incentive function quantum neural network is studied in this paper.Meanwhile,this paper analyzes and verifies that the quantum neural network based on multi-layer incentive function has higher detection rate and lower false alarm rate for DDoS attack detection.In this paper,the research of related quantum optimization algorithm can fully reflect the feasibility and applicability of quantum optimization algorithm.
