Research On The Key Technology Of Template Information Extraction Of Test Paper Answer Card

Test plays an very important role in modern education.It is a numerical tool to measure students' learning results.It provides effective reference information for students' ability and knowledge mastery.It is an indispensable part of current teaching activity.The traditional paper test is inefficient and harder to know students' learining ability.Therefore,more and more schools use electronic test system in small and medium-sized examinations.Electronic test system will be the mainstream mode of marking test paper in the future.Although electronic marking is mature,there are still some problems to be solved:different answer cards are identified by different templates,different manufacturers and software developers use different template generation methods,and the increasing demand for test papers requires the simplification of answer card generation.(1)Different answer cards are identified by different templatesIn the existing electronic marking of test paper answer card,relying on the way of identifying test paper information by template,with the help of location feature and template location offset,it can efficiently scan,segment different questions and identify answers.This way of work can make different questions of the test paper be distributed to different system modules and marking teachers,but when using the new version of the answer sheet,it needs to use a new template.(2)Different manufacturers and software developers use different template generation methodsThere is no standard for the test paper answer card,so different software developers have different formats or grammars for storing template documents when making applications,which results in that even if the template of one test paper answer card can be obtained,it may not be used in other marking systems,but the corresponding template needs to be made according to the system.(3)Increasing test paper demandWith the development of education modernization,the mode of homework and real-time test paper has increased the demand of test paper answer card.When teachers make new test paper templates,they need to make time and the learning cost of related applications.Aiming at the problems of the loss of template of test papers for marking and recognition,this paper uses digital image processing technology to identify and locate the collected examination paper information,and puts forward a process and method of extracting the template information of the examination paper.Important research work includes the following aspects:(1)Workflow of putting forward answer sheetThis paper studies the existing marking system.The current marking system only has the one-way working mode of "template->test paper answer card" instead of the two-way working mode of "test paper answer card->template->test paper answer card".Based on this,it points out the shortcomings of the existing answering card system,and points out that the answering card reading system needs the direction of"test paper answer card->template" to achieve a higher degree of automation.The structure of the template automatic extraction system and the functional blocks of the whole system are proposed.Classify the information required by the answer sheet template.(2)The technical method of extracting template informationExtract different information from the answer sheet.Feature information is analyzed by contour extraction,mathematical image morphology and image pixel projection.Contour extraction divides the table into multi part rectangles,image morphology re divides the image into point and line structures,and image pixel projection analyzes the distribution of contents in the table.Then,based on the feature extraction data,combined with the composition structure of different test paper answer cards,we extract the topic information,user information and page information respectively.(3)Creating a template information extraction system of test paper answer cardCreate the template of the answer card,through the three-step module preprocessing,tilt correction and information extraction,to achieve a system of extracting the template information of the answer card.
