Under the "Made in China 2025" strategy,Chinese manufacturers have ushered in a once-in-a-lifetime development opportunity,and manufacturing enterprises need to improve the level of integration on the basis of quality and efficiency to meet the needs of society and the market.Frequent product updates and the personalization of demand soften softens are also driving the transformation of manufacturing enterprises' production methods.The modular manufacturing model has also emerged,which not only reduces production costs but also has the advantages of faster market demand response,shorter product delivery period,lower inventory in-process,etc.Due to the flexibility of the cellularmanufacturing system,in the past,the industry and the academic community mostly paid attention to the structural design,task scheduling,production planning,and resource allocation within the cellular manufacturing,and often regarded it as a closed production system for analysis and operation.This paper examines the impact of the selection of raw material suppliers and sales locations on the internal construction of unitized manufacturing,plant logistics,and operating costs from a new supply chain perspective,enabling organic and internal production factors within the manufacturing system to be organically coordinated to provide the demand response capabilities of manufacturing companies.This paper studies the following three aspects: multi-factory cellular manufacturing optimization problem based on inter-cell logistics,multi-factory cellular manufacturing optimization problem based on raw material suppliers,and cellular manufacturing optimization problem of integrated product supply and marketing.Considering the cell formation,machine configuration,process path and product supply and marketing factors for the processing of various products across factories and cells,the logistics cost,machine use cost and raw material purchase cost generated by the production process are minimized.A 0-1 nonlinear mathematical model was established.In order to adapt to the high dimensional characteristics of the model,a discrete artificial fish swarm algorithm was designed to solve the problem.The typical example analysis shows that the discrete artificial fish swarm algorithm has good performance.The comparative experimental analysis also shows that when constructing the cellular manufacturing system,considering the inter-plant logistics factors in the supply process can effectively reduce the operating cost.The research results can enhance the enterprise's understanding of the regularity of the problem of unit manufacturing system construction,help enterprises to grasp their existing resources to make flexible production measures change,minimize the raw material cost,machine cost and transportation cost incurred by enterprises in the manufacturing process,and provide ideas and guidance for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises' production methods.to continuously improve the core competitiveness and market responsiveness of manufacturing enterprises.In addition,this study uses supply chain theory to reshape the unit manufacturing system and expand the mode of production and operation of multi-factory situations such as alliance enterprises and group companies.The design of discrete artificial fish algorithm also greatly improves the operating level of this model,and enriches the application of artificial fish algorithm in discrete manufacturing industry.
