The emergence of programmable logic controller(PLC)in industrial automation and intelligent manufacturing has a special significance,but in the development of traditional PLC,there are some problems :such as high price,low openness of structure system,poor compatibility and expansibility,which deeply restricts its development space.Therefore,a series of problems in traditional PLC need to be solved by using software defined modular design idea.The software defined intelligent control system in this paper belongs to the research content of embedded soft PLC control technology.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research background and significance,introduces the subject source of software defined intelligent control system,and analyzes and summarizes the relevant research status of domestic and foreign control technology.Then the overall design of the intelligent control system,through the analysis of the structure and working principle of the traditional PLC and soft PLC,the structure and principle of the intelligent control system are introduced,and the requirements of the system hardware design and core processor selection are put forward.From the model design of software defined control technology to the overall implementation of software platform,the software design includes the construction of basic software platform,the design of data structure used in intelligent control system,and the design and development of platform layer and terminal layer of intelligent control system.The platform layer is the development system of intelligent control system,and the terminal layer is the operation system of intelligent control system.In view of the complex development and configuration software in traditional PLC control technology,it is unable to use unified software for flexible control,and its PLC control system can not achieve the flexible software definition according to the application requirements and adapt to different types of hardware environment and other problems.In this paper,the software defined control technology is proposed to realize the rapid configuration of software definition of hardware model to meet the system requirements In order to meet the different application requirements of the controller serial port,a multi protocol compatible control technology is proposed,which realizes different application compatibility modes of the same serial port on the intelligent control terminal,and realizes the software defined control of the communication serial port,so as to meet the different application requirements of the controller serial port.This paper establishes a software defined control system model on RTLinux system,and analyzes the real-time task scheduling problem in RTLinux operating system,so that PLC control system can run on RTLinux embedded operating system.By using the design and research of software defined intelligent control system,the whole control system is reconstructed and transplanted,and the intelligent control system with different kinds of CPU and different operating system is quickly established.Finally,the software defined intelligent control system control technology is applied to the security control system,and its research content and control technology are applied,and the application functions of the system are tested and verified.The experimental results show that the application design of the software defined intelligent control system can meet the requirements,and also verify the feasibility of the research content.
