Design And Implementation Of 4S Shop Intelligent Management System Based On WeChat Platform

Since joining the World Trade Organization,China's auto market has been experiencing an unprecedented rapid development,and with it comes the contradiction between car purchase methods,maintenance needs and outdated service technology.In the information age in which information technology covers the world,he traditional offline sales marketing model of domestic 4S stores is no longer applicable,and the WeChat public platform has sprung up,which becomes an important channel for major companies to enhance their brand image and release news.At present,many automobile 4S stores have the problems of low quality and low efficiency such as manual booking,manual entry and untimely service.In view of the above problems,this paper uses mobile terminals as a carrier and software development technology as a means to propose a method based on Automobile 4S shop intelligent management system of WeChat public platform is used to solve the existing service problems of automobile 4S shop.This article combines the mobile application development technology,mobile phone map service,and HTML front-end development technology to build an intelligent management system for automobile 4S stores based on the WeChat public platform.The system includes two parts:WeChat client and background management terminal.This article uses Java language and SpringBoot framework technology and HTML+CSS+JavaScript+Thymeleaf front-end webpage technology to build WeChat service account client and back-end administrator.Among them,the client includes many functional menus such as quick appointment,personal center,business profile,navigation to the store,contact us,appointment record and emergency rescue.The background management terminal has completed the module design of the 4S homepage,reservation center,customer management,financial settlement,and car details.It is used for the management of online and offline orders and the management of the data information of the automobile 4S store after the administrator logs in.In addition,the license plate recognition system interface is designed by using Java graphical interface technology for the access of 4S store car type software.The main functional requirement is to match the license plate recognition results with the database license plate information to achieve the rapid entry of VIP member-level vehicles and Off-vehicle payment vehicles leave the shop quickly.After the laboratory function test and the 4S store physical store trial operation,the results show that both the client and the background of the system can achieve the expected functional effect and operate stably.This system completes advance reservations for various service businesses of automobile 4S stores through WeChat service numbers,reducing the inconvenience of software installation or use of the PC side,realizing a marketing model of combining online and offline,and separating sales and services,thereby improving the 4S store service level.
