Looking towards the present,global activities of marine resources utilization,maritime transportation and commerce by sea are showing an unprecedented momentum.Therefore,the requirements for maritime communication are constantly increasing.In the era of Internet of Things,the emergence of Mobile Edge Computing promotes the whole communication field to enter a higher and faster level,imagine its application to traditional maritime network would certainly bring new vitality to maritime intelligence.For this original intention,this paper researches the optimization of maritime communication network.This paper introduces Mobile Edge Computing into maritime communication network based on the construction of maritime cloud,except extending the existing architecture to build a new general model,the mechanism of collaborative operation is also applied to all levels of devices in the new communication network system.According to the characteristics of the general model,this paper designs two communication subsystems in detail,which includes the model of collaborative edge and vessel,and the model of maritime cloud and collaborative edge.At the same time,corresponding specific operation ideas of each part are clarified.For the communication network between collaborative edge server and vessel,this paper studies the task scheduling problem between them,so as to achieve the goal of optimizing the corresponding network.Therefore,a task scheduling mechanism is proposed based on Cooperative Co-evolution.The allocation of tasks is automatically adjusted in a way which is conducive to evolution,then a global optimization scheme is obtained after cooperation and coordination.The simulation results in this part show that when the scheduling strategy proposed is adopted,it will lead to the overall delay and energy consumption reach the relative minimum,thus the whole network is in an optimal state.Bottom system's optimization scheme lays foundation for the optimization between maritime cloud and collaborative edge communication network,for the upper system,the optimization focuses on the migration strategy of computing resources according to Cloud's characteristics.On the basis of Grey Wolf Optimizer's idea,the system takes delay sensitivity and computing intensity as indicators to dynamically command the migration process of resources.After a series of proofs,results show that the migration strategy proposed can realize adaptive decision making of the system,guarantee the balance of the overall delay and energy consumption,and plays a better maintenance role in the performance of whole communication network to the maximum extent.
