Due to the upward competition trend in the global market and the individualization of customer demand,the traditional manufacturing industry of China is geared towards intelligent manufacturing transformation.The emergence of "cloud manufacturing" has brought enormous opportunities and challenges to the manufacturing industry.To achieve the flexible shop scheduling within and between enterprises in the cloud manufacturing has become the key point to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of markets of traditional manufacturing enterprises.The role of flexible shop scheduling is more apparent under the environment of intelligent manufacturing.The ever-changing global market has made manufacturing industry a dynamic adjustment.As a product of multi-disciplinary integration of advanced manufacturing technology and emerging information technology,cloud manufacturing can quickly respond to market changes and enhance competitiveness when coupled with the optimization of flexible shop scheduling.Aiming at the optimization problem of flexible shop scheduling under the cloud manufacturing mode,this paper proposed a scheduling model and cross-enterprise scheduling model for self-production tasks and external cloud tasks between enterprises,and studied the dynamic adjustment and optimization during the scheduling process.The specific details are as follows:(1)The relevant theories of sub-cloud manufacturing,flexible shop scheduling and collaborative scheduling were sorted out.The algorithm and characteristics of Fireworks algorithm and Beetle Antennae Search algorithm were introduced from the perspective of background and characteristics.Then the Dynamic Variable Neighborhood Fireworks Algorithm and Learning and Competing Chaos Beetle Swarm Algorithm were evolved respectively.(2)A multi-objective flexible shop scheduling model with minimum completion time of machine,maximum machine utilization and minimum carbon emission was established.This paper proposed an intelligent optimization algorithm which is more suitable for the model—the Dynamic Variable Neighborhood Fireworks Algorithm.It built the modeland solved the problem with high efficiency.Then,this paper explored the mechanism of flexible shop scheduling under the cloud manufacturing mode,and proposed an effective solution to the internal and processing routes for cross-enterprise products and final scheduling options.(3)The scheduling model with the lowest resource idle rate,the lowest total manufacturing cost and the highest customer satisfaction was established.The Learning and Competing Chaos Beetle Swarm Algorithm was proposed to be solved the model.A numerical example was given to verify the effectiveness of the flexible shop scheduling optimization strategy for across enterprises of cloud manufacturing.Research on the optimization of flexible shop scheduling under the cloud manufacturing environment ameliorated the relationship between supply and demand enterprises.It has also given impetus to the development of manufacturing industry and provided a new idea for the related theoretical research of flexible shop scheduling under the cloud manufacturing mode.
