Satellite navigation systems can provide long-term reliable navigation and positioning services, but they are vulnerable to environmental interference and cause positioning drift. The inertial navigation system does not rely on electromagnetic signals and has the ability to provide high-precision positioning in a short time, but the errors accumulate with time and cannot work for a long time.In order to obtain long-term reliable navigation and positioning solutions, related research on integrated navigation systems composed of satellite navigation systems and inertial navigation systems has matured, but most of them are based on the US global positioning system. With the gradual improvement of the Beidou navigation system in China, the Beidou navigation system has been integrated into all walks of life in society. The research and development of BDS/INS integrated navigation system with China's independent autonomy is of great significance to China's military and civilian fields. This paper proposes an integrated navigation system combining Beidou navigation system and inertial navigation system, and proposes a DS-SVR algorithm to improve the accuracy of navigation and positioning. The algorithm integrates information from Beidou navigation system and inertial navigation system based on evidence theory, and models and predicts positioning errors of inertial navigation system based on support vector regression algorithm.Established computer simulation models for Beidou navigation system and inertial navigation system, providing data sources for simulation verification of the algorithm. The DS-SVR algorithm program was written and verified on a computer to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm program.A BDS/INS integrated navigation system verification platform was established, and the integrated navigation system was tested using the measured data obtained from the sports car experiments. The experimental results verified the feasibility of the BDS/INS integrated navigation system and the superiority of the DS-SVR algorithm.
