In recent years,as the country attaches importance to the social grassroots governance degree of improvement,community maintenance management affairs also gradually get attention,community maintenance information management also initial results.In view of the shortage of existing community maintenance management information system in China,a community maintenance management information system based on spatial data analysis algorithm is developed.Based on the GIS secondary development platform,this study combines the research of spatial data clustering analysis and the analysis of the two dimensional data of the community maintenance information system,constructs the early warning and prediction system of community maintenance information,establishes the database storage index model applicable to the system,and improves the response rate of the system.It aims to make up for the shortcomings of traditional community maintenance information system in terms of content and technology,and provide more intelligent and faster information services for community maintenance management personnel and owners.The main work and research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Research logical model of community maintenance information management.Based on the GIS secondary development platform,this paper studies the demand and feasibility of the community maintenance information management system and establishes the community maintenance information management system.(2)Research spatial clustering and storage index algorithm.Aiming at the shortcomings of Chameleon algorithm in the process of maintenance clustering,an index method of R tree is created by Chameleon clustering.According to the method of normalized clustering data,the risk prediction analysis of community maintenance management information system is carried out.(3)Mobile terminal WeChat small program development research.This included a study of the MINA framework and the writing architecture for front-end logical pages,structural pages,configuration pages,and style pages.(4)Development of community maintenance management information system.Based on the research of Chameleon spatial clustering algorithm and R tree index based on Chameleon clustering,the server is based on springboot+springMVC framework,the database is based on MyBatis+Mysql standard,and the client covers PC and mobile terminals.Based on the GIS spatial data analysis algorithm,this study established the community maintenance information data logic system,constructed the spatial data clustering and index method,established the community maintenance information prediction and early warning model,and developed the community maintenance information management system,aiming at the drawbacks of the existing maintenance management information system.To some extent,it makes up for the problems such as the bad use effect of the original community maintenance system,the insufficiently intelligent experience of the mobile terminal of the system,the insufficient use of spatial data and the slow response rate of the system.At present,this study needs to carry out follow-up studies on cross-community management,data docking between systems,multi-platform maintenance data migration,and how spatial clustering algorithm meets most community application scenarios.
