Nowadays,with the increase of manufacturing activities and the demand driven by industries such as food,pharmacy and health care,the scale of anti-counterfeiting market is expanding day by day.Quick response(QR)code,as a kind of two-dimensional code,has become a widely used traceability and identification technology in transportation,manufacturing,and retail industries due to its advantages of high storage and versatility.It has also become a mainstream development trend in the field of anti-counterfeiting traceability.The anti-counterfeiting code often occupies the display area that can not be ignored in the anti-counterfeiting packaging,while the standard QR code is in the form of random arrangement of black and white modules,with monotonous style,low discrimination,and lack of attraction to users.Pasting on the product packaging surface is easy to damage the design aesthetic feeling and reduce the product price.And with the prosperity of art and cultural market,the society has a growing demand for the generation of anti-counterfeiting codes with visual appeal.At the same time,the threshold of using standard QR code recognition algorithm is low,each decoding device can easily obtain the information contained in the code,the information confidentiality is poor.Therefore,in this paper,based on the visual optimization of security codes and the enhancement of confidentiality,a new type of anti-counterfeiting codes with information embedded in images is proposed.The main work of this paper can be summarized as follows:(1)An anti-counterfeiting code with information embedded in the image is designed.Different from the traditional QR code with fixed format and single style,the new anti-counterfeiting code designs a new structure,determines the data filling area according to the input template and unit module size,embeds the anti-counterfeiting information into the pattern template on the premise of retaining the template appearance,and realizes the anti-counterfeiting code appearance optimization.(2)Design a new anti-counterfeiting code generation algorithm.By standardizing the process of pattern template processing,making the way of data sequence generation,adding different types of error correction codes to complete the generation of new anti-counterfeiting codes.The coding capacity of the new anti-counterfeiting code is not constrained by the version format.When the template pattern is large enough,the coding capacity is far more than QR code.Moreover,the new anti-counterfeiting code selects RS error correction algorithm according to different error correction levels,with the maximum error correction rate up to 30%,retaining the anti-counterfeiting performance of the traditional QR code.(3)A new anti-counterfeiting code recognition algorithm is designed.By extracting the edge of the security code image and selecting the template,matching the template pattern to complete the information extraction,decoding and decoding to realize the security code recognition.The new anti-counterfeiting code can only be decoded by a special decoder instead of being recognized by the traditional two-dimensional code scanner,and the decoding process needs to match the pattern template to effectively improve the confidentiality of embedded information.The algorithm allows the recognition of color patterns.Through the test,the effectiveness of the algorithm has been proved.(4)Combined with the anti-counterfeiting algorithm of information embedded image,this paper proposes the anti-counterfeiting model of artwork with the help of blockchain technology,which provides a new direction for the future development of anti-counterfeiting field.
