The structure and function of computer network are becoming more and more complex with the increasing scale of computer network and the increasing variety of application types.In order to cope with various problems faced by the traditional network,a new network technology SDN came into being.As an emerging network paradigm used to control programmable switches,SDN can make use of central software controller to conduct global management and scheduling and quality of service management of traffic in the network.Through fine-grained control of network traffic,SDN based traffic scheduling can dynamically adapt to real-time changes of network traffic,thus improving bandwidth utilization and avoiding congestion.In this paper,under the framework of SDN network,the scheduling strategy of elephant flow and mouse flow in network traffic is studied,and a scheduling strategy(DualFlow)of elephant flow and mouse flow is proposed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)firstly,the existing traffic scheduling algorithms in the data center network are analyzed,and it is found that the traditional algorithms can no longer meet the increasingly complex network scale.In the framework of SDN,the controller and the switch interact with each other,and the basic information of the underlying network can be easily obtained.In the process of traffic scheduling,the performance parameters of the underlying network can be added into the routing calculation measurement.When calculating the path,the current network topology and network status are taken into account.Based on the above real-time parameter information,the traffic can be reasonably scheduled to reduce the occurrence of link congestion and improve the network performance.(2)combined with data center network traffic characteristics and elephants flow and flow of mice,the ductility of different demand for bandwidth,under SDN network architecture,the calculation flow of the shortest path in mice,we consider the current link delay and packet loss rate,when calculating the elephant flow mainly considering the available bandwidth,transmission delay as hard threshold,based on the objective function,to minimize the overall network routing metric.Finally under the environment of Mininet simulation experiments,writing applications in the FloodLight eontroller,set up network overall throughput,mice flow transmission completion time,the number of packet retransmission three performance metrics,experiments show that the proposed traffic flow scheduling scheme makes the elephant flows and mice,to guarantee the transmission quality,greatly increasing the link utilization and network throughput,make full use of network resources.
