With the rapid progress of Chinese industrialization and complicated product structure,the status of rapid prototyping manufacturing technology in the field of industrial manufacturing has become very important.In this paper,a maglev vibration absorber is designed to reduce the printing quality due to vibration during the printing process.The active three-dimensional vibration reduction function is realized.In the printing process,it can automatically reduce the vibration of the fuselage in real time,improve the printing accuracy,and reduce the appearance of bad products in the printing process.First of all,the vibration reduction system is analyzed and studied.By analyzing the traditional passive vibration reduction system,combined with the technical requirements of the printing precision of the molten sedimentary 3D printer,the active three-dimensional vibration reduction system is finally selected,that is magnetic levitation vibration reduction system.Secondly,the mechanical structure of the magnetic levitation shock absorber is designed.The main structure is analyzed and studied.According to the design requirements,the electromechanical control system based on STM32 single chip microcomputer is selected.And the main components of the system are selected.The working principle of the system software is analyzed and the flow chart of electromechanical control system is designed.Finally,the trial-production of the magnetic levitation damper for the 3D printer of molten deposition was completed.And the test was verified.The experimental results show that the designed 3D printer magnetic levitation device has good vibration absorption performance.And the response speed is timely,and the precision of 3D printer printing is improved.
