With the mobile phone being used universally,it is important to analyse the subscriber behaviour,the passenger flow and the passenger source in a specific region by applying the location information of mobile phone which is also used widely in many other industries.By applying the location information of mobile phone,Qinghai Telecom mainly analyses and reports the real-time passenger flow,the passenger source,the average residence time,the residence days and their passenger flows,and so on for scenic spots,exhibitions,large events(around the race of the Qinghai Lake),etc.At present,most of the analysis reports are manually conducted.With the increasing demand of them in many industries,the method of manually extracting data for statistical calculation can not meet the needs of customers any more because it is not faster and not more effective enough.Besides,the location information of single 2G Base Station is also not accurate enough.Thus,it is in urgent need of building a system that integrates locations and automatic analyses of multi-source data to provide the standardized,persistent and real-time data analysis for more industry analyses and applications,and thus to provide systematically more industry analyses and their reports.This paper mainly uses the data mining technology to integrate the updated data of mobile locations for 2G,3G,4G Base Stations and DPI,etc.The different source data are processed by streaming algorithms with independent application programs,and the real-time location data can be updated to the memory database Redis in real time.Because the location data extracted from the different data sources are not standard and not uniform,the integrated location information needs to be unified by longitudes and latitudes.Finally,all the regions are output as grid data,and the system can conduct the statistical analysis for them and then display the results.The province areas are divided into grids with each area being 100×100 square meters,and the grid number and the grid location are marked.Then,the extracted 2G location information,2G call signaling,3G signaling location,4G signaling location,and GPS information are converted into the grid number,so the multi-source location data are processed to be grid data and thus the standard location data are obtained.Based on the real-time analysis and the application of the standard location data,the passenger flow and the passenger source in the region can be analyzed.Combined such passenger behaviour with other type of passenger behaviour,the real-time flows,the sources,the attributes,the residence time,the flow comparisons,the flow predictions,the first-visit scenic spots,the tourist routes,and so on for the passengers in the region can be analyzed.The main functions of the system are: 1.Extraction and filtering of mobile location information.User number,IMSI,IMEI and matching information of user's home city are extracted according to the location information reported by users.2.Fusion of different data sources.Different data are fused according to the reporting time and data priority.3.Data slice.The quasi-real-time historical data is updated every 5 minutes by intercepting the current real-time reported data every 5 minutes,which serves as the basic data for the analysis of user behavior information.All subsequent analysis results are based on this data.4.Data visualization.Base station map display,visual report presentation.
