The intelligent three-dimensional container is a kind of automatic and intensive storage equipment which integrates storage,management and information.Compared with the automated warehouse,it has the advantages of small floor space,high space utilization,high efficiency of goods turnover,good sealing and scalability.With the upgrading of modern logistics industry,intelligent three-dimensional container is no longer an auxiliary storage equipment,but gradually becomes an important driving force for intelligent manufacturing and unmanned chemical plants to improve production efficiency.The research object of this paper is vertical lift cabinet,in which the issue of in and out scheduling is the focus of this study.The purpose of this paper is to develop a scheduling algorithm which can be used for multiple bins to go out or into the warehouse at the same time.From the perspective of the actual project,according to the mechanical characteristics of the vertical elevator and the way of going out and into the warehouse,the principle of going out and into the warehouse is established,the mathematical model of going out and into the warehouse is constructed,and the mathematical model of the container is solved by algorithm.Based on the research and analysis of the three-dimensional container in and out scheduling,this paper puts forward a scheduling algorithm combining priority and search algorithm for the first time,which not only solves the conflict of multiple bins in and out of the warehouse at the same time,but also minimizes the number of actions of the take and place mechanism,and optimizes the in and out of the warehouse path.It makes up for the shortcomings that the feasibility of traditional algorithm theory and practical technology is separated from the implementation of field equipment.Moreover,the scheduling algorithm is applicable to the shelves without the influence of the number of layers.Users can define the number of layers according to the actual storage requirements.In order to better apply the scheduling algorithm to practical projects,this paper uses C#language,Visual Studio2019 2019 as the development environment to realize the algorithm,and develops the human-computer interface,communication module,database module and PLC control program matching the scheduling algorithm,so that the scheduling algorithm can be used to solve the scheduling problem of three-dimensional containers in a true sense.The rationality and practicability of the algorithm are verified by experiments.At last,the paper points out the deficiency of the algorithm and the function of the software system,and points out the direction for the further development of the three-dimensional container.
