In this dissertation,Novel application of advanced computational heuristic paradigms is exploited for nonlinear active noise control(ANC)systems based on the application of global search strength of firework algorithm(FWA).A reference micro-phone capture noise signal and error microphone measures the residual error signal, which is also used in the control algorithm. The Firework algorithm is a specialized form for swarm intelligence introduced in 2010,which is basically inspired by the concept of firework explosion.Based on ANC system the impact of firework algorithm and its variants used in the area of system identification is actually unveiled. The evolutionary and swarming inspired computational heuristic paradigms are used in the design of ANC-based controllers that are represented by a nonlinear Volterra filtering technique that is optimized by global firework algorithm search strength. The natured inspired firework algorithm is used to update the coefficients of adaptive Volterra filter based ANC systems without the identification of secondary path modeling. The proposed optimization concept of mean squared error sense is used to minimize the cost function.Firework algorithm based ANC systems having sinusoidal noise signal, random noise signal, and complex random noise signal while taking primary and secondary paths as linear/nonlinear.Observations based on Statistics validated the worth of stochastic solvers FWA by means of accuracy, complexity analysis, and convergence that the proposed optimization mechanism based ANC controllers are effective, robust, and stable.Further, the result of the proposed algorithm is compared with the backtracking search algorithm(BSA)and particle swarm optimization(PSO).A novel design of FWA based nature inspired heuristics is developed for nonlinear ANC systems having precision, robustness and stability.A proposed system paradigm could serve as a sensible idea for developing ANC systems for real-life,industrial and defense-related instruments with higher performance. The increased ANC system efficiency is accomplished by utilizing the impact of the newly designed modern computer paradigms such as op-timization of the cuckoo search techniques, fractional particle swarm optimization and Moth flame optimization.
