In modern logistics,inventory cost and transportation cost are the two main costs in the logistics link.The cost of logistics enterprises can be achieved by coordinating the time optimization in inventory strategy and the space optimization in distribution path.To solve the inventory problem or distribution problem alone can not achieve the optimization of the overall logistics cost,especially in the Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI)mode,inventory routing problem(IRP)has become one of the main problems.There is a "benefit paradox"relationship between inventory strategy and vehicle routing strategy.Suppliers need to adjust the game relationship between the two strategies to achieve the minimum cost of inventory and distribution.It is very important to establish the retailer's inventory strategy(when to deliver and how much to deliver)and delivery strategy(which vehicle route to use).This paper first reviews the classical inventory path and the current situation of supplier management,and then introduces the related theoretical basis,concepts and inventory and path strategies.On this basis,this paper considers the collaborative optimization of multi cycle and multi vehicle inventory and distribution under random demand,taking the average inventory cost,out of stock cost of retailers,vehicle start-up cost and distribution cost generated in the transportation process as the objective function.Under the inventory replenishment strategy(t,),the replenishment quantity of each cycle is determined according to the retailer's inventory upper limit and inventory lower limit;in the distribution strategy,the consideration of multiple models is added to provide more flexible distribution strategy for suppliers,based on which the optimization model is constructed and the double-layer genetic algorithm is designed,and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed for verification.Finally,the model is applied to a practical example,and the inventory path optimization scheme under VMI mode is designed,and the influence of vehicle type is considered.The analysis results of the example verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.The results of this study can provide reference for the inventory path optimization decision of related enterprises.
