Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of e-commerce and logistics technology,e-commerce companies are paying more and more attention to the construction of intelligent warehouses.The relationship between logistics and social life and economic life is increasingly close.The wide application of intelligent logistics warehouse system is an important manifestation of intelligent and informational logistics equipment.The picking mode of “goods to people” based on logistics robots will surely become the development trend of e-commerce logistics automation.The intelligent planning of logistics robot path is an important factor affecting the efficiency of logistics robot operation.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the efficiency of path planning algorithm based on the efficiency of logistics robot operation system,especially the research on multi-logistics robot path planning algorithm in large-scale storage environment.Has become a hot spot.In order to improve the processing capability of logistics robot path search,cloud computing-based logistics robot path planning becomes a necessary condition for real-time application of large-scale logistics robots.The paper proposes an improved CCA* algorithm for the characteristics of A*algorithm.On this basis,a logistics cloud path planning algorithm based on distributed cloud computing is proposed as MPCCA* algotithm(Multi Path Cloud Compute A*).Moreover,the storage map storage model and the multi-logistics robot conflict-free path planning algorithm are constructed.The Giraph-based improved logistics robot path planning algorithm under the cloud computing platform Hadoop was built.The paper focuses on the following work:(1)Analysis of related core technologies of cloud computing,especially distributed file system GFS,distributed programming model MapReduce,parallel computing platform Giraph,distributed data management technology BigTable,and distributed file system HDFS and distribution of Hadoop The database HBase was analyzed.A logistics robot path planning algorithm based on parallel computing platform Giraph is proposed.(2)The structure of logistics grid map and the working characteristics of logistics robot are proposed.For the application of large-scale warehouse map,an improved logistics robot path planning algorithm based on cloud computing and improved A*algorithm is proposed.On the basis of this,aiming at the path conflict problem caused by multi-logistics robot path planning,this paper proposes a two-way search method to solve the deadlock problem of logistics robots,and proposes a multi-logistics robot collision-free path planning algorithm.Parallel design optimization based on the MapReduce/Giraph programming model under the Hadoop platform.(3)Designed the logistics warehouse simulation software,designed the data structure of the map network data,abstracted the map network data,established the logistics robot path planning optimization data model,and realized the large-scale robot oriented to the logistics warehouse.Path search problem distributed path planning algorithm.
