The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,which is listed as one of the "seven strategies" for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and starting a new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.As an important part of rural construction,infrastructure construction plays a very important role in prospering rural economy,promoting the development of agricultural industry and improving the living standards of farmers.However,at present,the development of rural infrastructure in China is not balanced,the allocation level of rural infrastructure in some areas is not ideal,the construction level gap between different regions is large,there are many problems such as the supply quantity is too small,the quality is not high and the social environment is not matched,which seriously restricts the sustainable development of rural areas.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the construction of rural infrastructure and consider its status and level,so as to guide the construction of rural infrastructure and guide the economic growth and social development of rural areas.The research content of this paper is as follows:firstly,it introduces the research background and significance of rural infrastructure construction level evaluation,secondly,it combs and summarizes the research status of rural infrastructure construction at home and abroad,expounds the related concepts and theories of rural infrastructure,and lays a solid theoretical foundation for the paper.Secondly,according to the principle of index system construction,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of rural infrastructure construction level including 22 indexes from four aspects of productive infrastructure,living infrastructure,human infrastructure and circulating infrastructure by literature analysis.On this basis,the principal component analysis method is used to simplify the index system,and according to the theory of support vector machine And establish the evaluation model of rural infrastructure.Then,through the collection and collation of relevant data of 29 provinces and autonomous regions in China,empirical analysis is carried out.22 evaluation indexes of 29 provinces and autonomous regions are reduced to 7 principal components by principal component analysis.Support vector machine model is used to evaluate the level of rural infrastructure,and the advantages and disadvantages of rural infrastructure development in each region are analyzed according to the evaluation results.According to the problems existing in the development of rural infrastructure in China,it is proposed that comprehensive development strategies and plans should be formulated for the construction of rural infrastructure to promote the development of rural infrastructure in all aspects and coordinate with the development of rural economic facilities,so as to improve the development level of rural infrastructure in China.
