Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing(CAD/CAM)technology is one of the main representative technologies of industrial production.Since its birth in the 1960s,it has played an irreplaceable role in industrial design and production.In the past decade,with the increasing scale of modern process factories and the intelligent concept of factories such as digital twin factories in Industry 4.0,the management capabilities of the three-dimensional model of process factories have been continuously emphasized,making the intelligence of the browsing and retrieval system of the,process industry-oriented,three-dimensional graphics platform a rigid requirement.At present,for domestic three-dimensional software,an urgent problem is to browse and retrieve three-dimensional factory,process industry-oriented,models.Relevant domestic software companies and researchers are actively researching and developing,but have not formed relatively mature and stable standardized solutions.The main research work completed in this thesis is divided into several parts:(1)Finally,the analysis results of the characteristics of the three-dimensional factory model,process industry-oriented,are used as the knowledge base of the three-dimensional model of the process plant and the theoretical support of the research work int this thesis.(2)Comprehensively sort out the underlying architecture,database structure,and class libraries of the Open 5D platform.Completed the overall architecture design and feasibility analysis of the three-dimensional model,process factories-oriented,browsing and retrieval system.(3)Innovatively proposed the template file concept that based on the knowledge representation of the process plant hierarchy.Completed the design and implementation of the knowledge representation grammar definition and knowledge utilization algorithm.Solved the big problem that the Open 5D platform browsing and retrieval system cannot reuse the code in the multi-process industry field.At the same time,the universality of the platform for various process industries has been enhanced.(4)Based on the realization of the loading of the template file of the knowledge representation and the construction of the browsing tree,the browsing technology of the three-dimensional model of the process plant is completed.It mainly includes two parts:the Engineering properties browsing and three-dimensional graphics browsing.(5)Complete the design and implementation of the retrieval engine.The core is an embedded retrieval engine based on component engineering parameters.The key points of the design are:how to achieve simplification,how to display search results,and how to complete intelligent linkage with Three-dimensional entities.Therefore,the research results of this thesis will bring enough support and improvement to the Open 5D,a three-dimensional platform,who aimed at creating a full-life-cycle digital twin factory in the process industry field.This topic has both important and huge challenges.
