In recent years,with the development of science and technology,with a fisheye image of panorama image mosaic technology is becoming a hot research direction,and has been involved in military,security and other fields,with great commercial value,because of the panorama stitching technology has such a broad application prospect,so the research has very important practical value and theoretical significance.Based on panorama stitching technology there are two main,one is using a single camera and lens,with a certain angle around the central axis rotation images,adjacent images satisfy large overlapping regions,then these images were stitched and the difficulties in image registration and image fusion.Another way is to use multiple cameras were taken image mosaic,and the is wide-angle lens or fish eye lens,the shot image distortion larger,in the splicing between the need for image correction,so the emphasis and difficulty in image correction and image fusion.According to the above analysis,this paper designs a panoramic camera fisheye correction and stitching technology.Because the barrel distortion of original fisheye images collected in the large mosaic of the correction.Another difficulty lies in image fusion processing.In order to solve the ghosting phenomenon,by technical means is to find the optimal stitching line algorithm.The fade in and fade out method,namely in the overlapping part by the previous picture image slowly transition to the second image,and deleting vertical is shifted in the direction of the image part,four images can no difference together as much as possible,forming a complete picture of the panoramic image.Considering the convenience and cost factors,this design uses 4 sets of fixed focus camera 360 degree panorama stitching,camera position design into four level road,and adjacent camera image to have a certain degree of overlap to the completion of splicing,intends to use the horizontal perspective to 130 degrees,the vertical angle for 96 degrees,the diagonal angle of view to 170 degrees of fisheye lens to collect image information.Because each camera and the lens are fixed,in the image registration,the registration parameters are fixed,can be initialized to obtain.The key technology of this paper is to use FPGA for image fusion,correction,stitching,can quickly engineering.To facilitate the use of a large number of products in the short term.
