Pipeline has a duty of transmitting national energy hence the safety of the pipeline is very important.Artificial pipeline inspection is gradually replaced by intelligent device in the era of correspondence of all.Gradually,the pipeline inspection system becomes intelligent.The system detects data in the pipeline so that the servers can receive and analyze the date.This is a typical devices of IoT,in which the network layer between the sensing layer that is the intelligent pipeline detector and the application layer which is the server and client.However,using widely the IoT,the threats of security becomes unforgettable problem in the development.In this paper,we use fault tree analysis(FTA)method to analyze the security problems of the application layer,the perception layer and the network layer of the intelligent system of inspecting pipeline,and a threat model of the existing intelligent system of inspecting pipeline is established.Security threats are classified into seven basic events: PCB replication,software duplication,data corruption,data theft,data tampering,message authentication error,and insecure protocols.In order to resolve this problem,we propose some relative method: changing the hardware identification on PCB board to protect hardware security;using read protection and UID logo of chip to protect software security;using the flash cyclic storage scheme to protect the integrity of the data acquisition layer;selecting lightweight encryption algorithm to protect and authenticate data and message protocols.These measures are applied to the IoT for Intelligent Inspection of Pipeline,and the system security model is established.Aiming at the choice of lightweight encryption algorithm,an evaluation model is established by method of comprehensive analysis.Firstly,the length of the algorithm code,the operation cycle and the safety index are selected as the parameters of the evaluation model.Then,according to the characteristics of each parameter,the normalized transformation formula is selected to standardize the parameters for them.Lastly,we calculate the weight vectors of each parameter based on entropy method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and then we get the weight values for each parameter of the evaluation model based on method of comprehensive analysis,and we obtained the evaluation model of the lightweight encryption algorithm.The model chooses symmetrical encryption algorithm to protect data,asymmetrical encryption algorithm to protect key and hash function to generate message authentication code.Finally,this paper uses the AHP to establish the evaluation model for the design scheme of the IOT safety,on the basis of the design process of the IoT safety for the intelligent system of inspecting pipeline.In summary,this paper research the security system of IoT for intelligent inspection of pipeline.Compared with the anti-attack performance of the original system's protection measures,we designs and applies a suit of security scheme based on existing system.It is proved that scheme is effective in protecting the security of the intelligent system of inspecting pipeline.Considering unique requirement in the future system several novel security schemes are designed and selected by the evaluation model for the design scheme of the IOT safety to ensure the security of the future intelligent system of inspecting pipeline.
