With the development of economy and science and technology,biometrics technology has been widely used in security inspection,security,financial security and other fields.Iris recognition technology,as a new biometrics technology emerging in the 1990 s,has attracted wide attention.Compared with traditional biometrics,iris recognition technology is safer and more stable: iris features are unique,iris texture is composed of randomly growing capillaries,It is different between person,and even the left and right iris of the same person are different;iris features are stable,and have matured in the embryonic period,and will not change with age growth;Iris recognition is non-invasive and does not require direct contact with the human body.So iris recognition technology has great prospects for development,but the degree of commercialization is not high.The reason is that there are several problems restricting the development of iris recognition technology: iris recognition technology has high resolution requirements for images,while general high-resolution cameras can not perform long-distance,large field of view imaging,which leads to the short recognition distance and small field of view of iris recognition products at present.Users need to actively cooperate with the identification equipment,and their experience is poor.Aiming at the problems of iris recognition technology,this paper designs a long-distance and large field of view iris recognition system based on galvanometer scanning.The system introduces a scanning galvanometer innovatively.The eye coordinates in the field of view of the large field of view camera are scanned by the galvanometer,so that the iris camera can reflect any position of the large field of view camera through the reflection of the mirror in the scanning galvanometer.And the range of iris recognition is increased.At the same time,a high-performance industrial camera is used to improve the distance of iris recognition.User's experience is improved.The main work of this paper is divided into three aspects: first,the hardware environment with the large field of view camera,iris camera and scanning galvanometer as the core is built,and the optical parameters of the camera and scanning galvanometer are calculated to verify whether they meet the requirements of long-distance and large field of view recognition;second,the software part of the iris recognition system and the interactive interface of software are designed,and the software function is divided into three modules according to the principle of modularization.Block,camera control module completes parameter setting and control of large field of view camera and iris camera,image processing module preprocesses iris image,locates iris and extracts iris feature coding,database module realizes iris coding and personal information preservation and matching process;third,training cascade classifier to obtain target coordinates The coordinate mapping model is established,and the conversion of eye coordinates in large field of view camera image and iris coordinates in iris camera image is completed.The data conversion and cooperative control among large field of view camera,iris camera and scanning galvanometer are realized.The iris recognition system based on galvanometer scanning is built and tested.At 1.8m distance,the horizontal recognition range is 1.3m,the vertical recognition range is 0.8m,the depth of field is 0.2m,and the recognition time is 1.4s.Users could identify at any position in a larger range.The test results show that the distance and range of iris recognition are improved,and the experience of using iris recognition is improved.
