In recent years with the development of modern electromagnetics,according to the function of the electronic equipment such as satellite,radar,base station is increasing,and the electronic equipment overall development tends to high frequency,high density,high reliability and microwave components is one of the core components of resistance equipment,microwave components of the index performance directly determines the function indexes of the whole machine electronic equipment,such as working frequency,output power,etc.However,there are a large number of interconnection points in microwave components,among which the interconnection points of lead lap welding are particularly widely used.The performance indexes of interconnection points,such as insertion loss and return loss,directly determine the performance of microwave components and indirectly affect the performance of electronic equipment.At present,domestic and foreign researches focus on the reliability of single component interconnection points,and lack of studies on the parameterized characterization of interconnection points' process morphology and the control method of welding performance,and the coupling between the process morphology and signal transmission performance of lead lap welding interconnection points.In this paper,aiming at the interconnection point shape correlation mechanism of lead lap welding,the microwave module is taken as the carrier to conduct an in-depth study on the interconnection point shape correlation mechanism of lead lap welding,so as to realize the prediction of the interconnection point performance of complete lead lap welding.Aiming at the problem that the connection mode of lead lap welding is easy to produce defects in hard lap welding,a method for defect prediction and control of the connection points is established.In order to reduce the defects of the interconnection points of the lead lap welding,the research on the interconnection points of the active lead lap welding was carried out to determine the method of the shape-correlation mechanism of the active lead lap welding and the control method of the interconnection points of the active lead lap welding.The main work is as follows:Based on the engineering practice and the electromagnetic simulation software HFSS for physical and structural parameters of lead lap welding interconnection points,a parameterized characterization model of lead lap welding interconnection points was established.Based on the transmission line theory,the entire transmission line was divided into multiple segments for separate analysis.The calculation formulas of coaxial line and microstrip line impedance were used and the calculation formulas were further optimized by using the field analysis software Polar oriented lead lap welding interconnection point.The irregular structure of the interconnection point of the lead lap welding is divided into uniform section and continuous variation section,and the interconnection point parameters of each part are approximately integrated into equivalent microstrip line parameters,so as to obtain the impedance calculation formula of the physical property parameters and structural parameters of the interconnection point.The impedance formula in the whole transmission path of the bonding interconnection point of the lead is integrated with the reflection coefficient,and finally the geometric correlation mathematical expression of insertion loss and return loss of the bonding interconnection point of the lead is obtained.The key parameters were selected based on the engineering practice to establish the orthogonal test items,and the HFSS software simulation was carried out based on the parameterized characterization model of lead lap welding interconnection point.The calculation results were compared with the morphological correlation mathematical expression derived in this chapter to determine the accuracy of the calculation results of the formula.A parameterized characterization model for defects(cracks)at interconnection points of lead lap welding was established based on the parameterized characterization model of interconnection points of lead lap welding.Based on the theory of equivalent circuit,the equivalent circuit is established when there is a defect in the interconnection point of lead lap welding,and the impedance of each part of the interconnection point is calculated when there is a defect.Finally,it is integrated into the morphological correlation mathematical expression of insertion loss and return loss when there is a defect in the interconnection point of lead lap welding.Based on the engineering practice,the key parameters were screened out to establish the orthogonal test items,and the software simulation was conducted based on the parameterized characterization model of lead lap welding interconnection points with defects.The calculation results were compared with the mathematical expression of lead lap welding interconnection points with defects obtained in this chapter to determine the accuracy of the formula.A set of defect prediction and control methods was established based on the obtained formula,and the interconnection point defect prediction program was written and encapsulated in MATLAB to provide guidance for engineers and technicians in interconnection point debugging.In order to reduce the defects of the interconnection points of lead lap welding,a parameterized characterization model of the interconnection points of lead lap welding was established based on the engineering practice and the physical and structural parameters of the interconnection points of lead lap welding.Analyze the parameters affecting the signal transmission performance,construct the correlation method between the morphology of interconnection and the signal transmission performance,determine the correlation mechanism,correlation strength,key parameters and correlation interval between the morphology parameters and the signal transmission performance,and finally give the key parameter requirements;Based on the shape correlation model,this paper proposes the regulation method of the interconnection points of the lap welding of the active lead,gives the order of influence parameter strength and the corresponding regulation strategy,guides the regulation and control of the structure and size of the interconnection points of the application of the overlapping welding of the active lead in engineering practice,and improves the debugging efficiency of the engineering technicians.
