In recent years,with the continuous change of signal processing technology,various intelligent devices have emerged,and interactive voice applications have enriched and facilitated people's lives.Sound source localization is an important part of it.Therefore,the sound source localization algorithm based on microphone array has become a hot research topic.The commonly used positioning algorithms are not ideal in the environment of reverberation and noise.The accuracy of positioning and the further improvement of realtime performance still need to be studied continuously.In this paper,the theoretical basis of speech signal processing is summarized.The IMAGE model is used to simulate the indoor reverberation environment,and the simulation experiment is carried out.Then,the sound source localization based on SRP-PHAT with high positioning accuracy but high complexity is studied,and some SRP-PHAT-based improved algorithms are also studied,which introduce the idea of shrinking the search space and spatial clustering.Then it focuses on the commonly used location estimation algorithm based on time delay estimation,and builds a three-dimensional array composed of seven microphones.Using the estimated delay and geometric position relationship,the positioning expression is derived,and the data is collected and tested in the actual environment.The estimation of the sound source position is completed,and the experimental results basically satisfy the positioning requirements.In order to further overcome the high complexity of SRP-PHAT based positioning algorithm and improve the real-time performance of the algorithm without reducing the accuracy of the algorithm,this paper proposes a hybrid positioning based on SRP-PHAT algorithm combined with TDOA and space contraction.The algorithm improves the search strategy,so that the improved hybrid positioning algorithm can greatly reduce the amount of calculation and improve the positioning accuracy.In order to weaken the influence of indoor noise and reverberation on the delay estimation,an improved algorithm based on generalized crosscorrelation(GCC)is proposed,in which the reverb is regarded as a special kind noise.The algorithm has the advantages of GCC-PHAT and maximum likelihood generalized crosscorrelation method GCC-ML.The simulation results show that the improved algorithm has a strong ability to resist both noise and reverberation.
