Education is the foundation for developing science and technology and cultivating talent.The continuous development and popularization of information technology,influenced by the diversity of curriculum,makes the traditional education model unable to meet the development requirements of today's society.The school needs to design and develop an effective teaching management system according to pratical needs.As a key part of teaching management,teaching arrangement often affects the quality of teaching and teaching efficiency.Therefore,how to design a reasonable teaching and arrangement program is an important issue that needs to be solved urgently in teaching management.Aiming at the university course arrangement system,based on the analysis of the research status and development trend at home and abroad,this thesis establishes a teaching arrangement model that subjected to the constraints of the curriculum,and designs a hybrid solution method based on monte carlo and genetic algorithm.Analyze the needs of college teaching management system,adopt Javascript and Java language,design and develop the WebGIS system of college teaching management based on ArcGIS platform,PostgreSQL+PostGIS database and other technologies.The main work and results of this thesis are as follows:1.This thesis introduces the research background and significance of teaching arrangement problem,expounds the research status and development trend of teaching arrangement problems at home and abroad,introduces the characteristics of teaching arrangement problems,research methods and related theories and techniques realized by the system,and establishes satisfaction.The mathematical model required for class arrangement.2.Aiming at the problem of teaching arrangement,this thesis established the multi-objective and multi-constraint model optimization problem based on the characteristics of the class arrangement problem,and proposed an intelligent course arrangement method which based on Monte Carlo and genetic algorithm,finally got a satisfactory solution to the problem.3.Based on the analysis of the information requirements and functional requirements of college arrangement system,the development idea of separation of front and rear ends is adopted,combined with the characteristics of SSH framework,the system hierarchy structure consisting of presentation layer,logic processing layer and persistence layer is designed.Considering data and function Realize the relationship,design the overall structure of the system;analyze the role of spatial data and attribute data on the system,design database table relationships and database table fields;implement class management,course management,class management and personal center according to the actual needs of class arrangement Modules.Finally,running the test results shows the feasibility of the system.
