The Design And Appliance Of Blockchain And Fintech In Risk Prevention Of ABS Investment

In recent years,in China,the asset backed securitization(ABS)trading market has been rapid developed.The ABS's issuance scale increases every year.But with the rapid developed of ABS trading market,the risk events of ABS also occurred frequently.And we found the time lags are existed when the regulator and stakeholders deal with the risk events.Moral risk plays the very important role in the monitoring of ABS.To eliminate the time lags of the risk events handling,in this thesis we analysis the risk events and provide the fintech design to remove the time lags.This thesis also analysis the moral hazard problem in ABS trading market.And propose one method of penetration regulation in the ABS market.Then provide the design of penetration regulation based on fintechAt last,for the blockchain application in the ABS business,refer to needing of data modification in the risk transmission mechanism and the penetration regulation scenarios,this thesis solves the conflict between untamperable record in blockchain and modification needing in ABS business process,and provides the improved blockchain application design.
