4D dynamic movie is the core component of the dynamic platform.Dynamic movie has been rapid development,but at present the platform mostly imported is very expensive.The platform control system needs to be improved and optimized in reliability,stability,comfort and safety,the production cost to reduce the dynamic seat.The dynamic seat is driven by hydraulic pressure,which makes the equipment bulky and pollute the environment.The existing dynamic devices are mostly three degrees of freedom or four degrees of freedom,less experience for the experiencer.In this paper,based on the characteristics of parallel structure,the 3-UPS mechanism is used as the dynamic platform ontology,and the structure design and simulation analysis of the dynamic platform are carried out by using electric drive.The main contents are as follows:(1)The 3-UPS parallel mechanism as the ontology structure dynamic platform,mechanism configuration is introduced,analysis of the degree of freedom,analyzes the inverse analytical expressions of the agency,established a virtual model of the mechanism.(2)The simulation model of dynamic platform is established.Based on the 3D modeling technology,the 3D model of the dynamic platform is established and imported into the virtual prototype software.The trajectory planning and simulation analysis are carried out.(3)The overall design scheme of dynamic platform,driven by selection,driven layout;three servo motors and three electric push cylinder as a power source;the rotating servo motor to load a U side,the linear electric push cylinder are respectively loaded in the P side,forming a six drive.(4)The detailed structural design of the platform are carried out.The dynamic platform considers the load assumed as a child(50kg),and the size and structural parameters are designed and selected.The research results of this paper are the basis of the dynamic platform research,and have obvious theoretical significance and application value for the design and manufacture of the dynamic platform prototype and the control system.
