Inertial motion capture is a motion capture method developed in recent years.With its unique low cost,high integration and accuracy,it has quickly become the focus of research at home and abroad.This paper studies the development background of motion capture system,analyzes the development significance of motion capture system,combines the trends at home and abroad,and enumerates various schemes of motion capture system.And based on the shortcomings of the previous design schemes,this paper proposes a design scheme to drive the human body model in rotation increment.According to the market demand and The feature of the smaller the more practical,the circuit design of the information acquisition module is greatly simplified.And this paper gives a detailed discussion on the selection of MEMS sensor,RF chip and MCU and the connection of circuit,expounds the function of chip pin connection,and gives detailed circuit diagram and data transmission block diagram.The main work and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper produced a human body information acquisition module based on experimental requirements.In this paper,the single-block test and the overall test are carried out on the information acquisition module,and the cross-section of the limbs is tested to analyze the motion capture effect,which proves the excellent design.(2)In this paper,the human body model is driven by the rotation increment to solve the sensitive problem of sensor fixation.The experimental verification of this scheme confirms the feasibility and superiority of this scheme.In this paper,Slerp interpolation is applied to data processing,and the results of Slerp processing and DMP data processing are dynamically analyzed and statically analyzed.And the error analysis based on static analysis proves the superiority of Slerp interpolation.Experiments show that the designed motion capture system can capture real-time motion on 8 parts of a single limb.
