Cerebral apoplexy is a kind of cardio-cerebrovascular disease with high morbidity,disability,mortality and recurrence rate,which affects patients and their families in the long term,and also imposes a heavy burden on families and society.How to reduce the rate of stroke disability,so that patients can successfully achieve self-care,to help them return to society as soon as possible is a subject worthy of study.The use of hand in daily life is much higher than that of other parts,so the study of hand rehabilitation plays an important role in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy patients.This paper is based on the user innovation toolbox theory,combined with personalized customization method and modular design method,designed a personalized customization system for hand rehabilitation robot users.Firstly,the research and analysis of the research status of hand rehabilitation robots at home and abroad,combined with the theory of hand rehabilitation and user research,found the sticky demand of users.Then,using the modular division of the User Innovation Toolbox of hand rehabilitation robot,and constructing the module library of the User Innovation Toolbox of hand Rehabilitation robot,connecting and combining the modules in the module library,forming the necessary tools such as hardware customization,rehabilitation training customization,rehabilitation evaluation and psychological intervention of the hand rehabilitation robot of the User Innovation Toolbox customization system.With the user's familiar operating platform,the user Innovation Toolbox of hand rehabilitation robot with good user interface was designed,and the hand data detection was separated from the hand rehabilitation robot,which allows the user to customize all the rehabilitation robots in the toolbox.Within the manufacturer's production capacity,the User Innovation Toolbox allows users to repeatedly try and mistake in the process of rehabilitation product design and rehabilitation training until the user's needs are met.Finally,based on the design safety and comfort principles of the hand rehabilitation robot,a highly customized hand rehabilitation robot and hand data detection equipment were innovatively designed,and the user satisfaction was verified.The user innovationtoolbox solved the problem that the user's high-viscosity demand is costly and even impossible to obtain,providing a solution to a problem similar to the needs of highly viscous users.
