Heterogeneous network,as the foundation of next generation 5G,has the advantages of increasing transmission rate,improving the utilization rate of spectrum resources,installed easily,increasing coverage,reducing blind area,enhancing the reliability of networks,low cost,energy saving and so on.Femtocell network is a component of the two-layer heterogeneous networks,which has been focused by research institute and industry.However,the introduction of femtocell networks not only brings opportunities,but also brings challenges for mobile networks.Since femtocell networks are deployed randomly in the communication system,sharing the spectrum resources with macrocell networks.Femtocell networks definitely results in strong cross-tier interference for macrocell.Meanwhile,femtocell networks will produce strong co-tier interference for femtocell network.The communication environment is changeable and dynamic,which means that the channel states information is changeable.It is difficult for the communication to capture the dynamic channel states information and design a power control scheme.The power control scheme can restrain the cross-tier interference and co-tier interference,and improve the performance of the communication system.First,considering two scenes that the wireless communication environment changes quickly and slowly,we use the Fuzzy Logic System(FLS)to acquire the dynamic and instantaneous channel states information.The proposed power control scheme that is based on the instantaneous channel states information estimated by FLS is used to minimum the energy consumption of the communication,and it can also reduce the interference and improve the performance of the communication system.Meanwhile,the quality of service of each user is guaranteed by the threshold of the signal to noise ratio in the communication system when the rate is maximized.Then,considering the scene that there are multi-cell and multiple active users in the communication system.The channel states information is influenced by path loss,shadow and rayleigh factors.The proposed power control scheme that is based on the instantaneous channel states information estimated by FLS is used to maximize the rate of the communication,and it can also reduce the interference and improve the performanceof the communication system.Finally,in orthogonal frequency-division access femtocell network,a joint subchannel and power allocation scheme based on the instantaneous channel states information estimated by FLS is proposed to maximize the energy efficiency of the communication system.The fairness of user is considered when the subchannel is allocated.The limit of maximum interference,the requirement of least rate and the limit of maximum transmission power are considered when the energy efficiency is maximized.Meanwhile,the quality of service of each user is guaranteed when the energy efficiency is maximized.
