In the rapid development of industrial automation,technologies such as Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)and edge computing have gradually emerged and developed.IIoT mainly includes technologies such as network equipment interconnection,data intercommunication and system semantic interoperability.At present,real-time Ethernet technology can only solve the problem of interconnection and intercommunication,but achieve semantic interoperability,further research is needed.Therefore,the OPC UA specification and TSN standards have been proposed one after another.The integration mapping of OPC UA over TSN can provide technical supports for the interconnection of industrial Internet of Things and interoperability of system semantics.Based on this idea,this paper studies the OPC UA specification and TSN standards from the edge gateway node layer,and analyzes integration mapping of OPC UA Pub/Sub model and TSN data stream.Finally,an experimental platform of OPC UA and TSN is built and tested.Firstly,this paper analyzes the OPC UA specification and the TSN standards.The key technologies such as OPC UA information model,publish/subscribe mechanism,time synchronization,scheduled traffic and network configuration in time-sensitive networking are studied.Then,combined with the edge gateway nodes,the integration mapping method of OPC UA specification and TSN standards is proposed.The role of OPC UA-TSN in edge gateway nodes is analyzed.The OPC UA information model is mapping with TSN data streams by the publish/subscribe mechanism.The network configuration model of OPC UA-TSN publish/subscribe is studied.Next,the paper designs the OPC UA-TSN experimental platform.Based on the edge gateway device,the OPC UA information is modeled and the semantic interoperability is achieved.The OPC UA-TSN experimental platform based on real-time Linux system is designed and built with the edge gateway node.Finally,the paper carries out OPC UA-TSN experiment and data analysis.The OPC UA-TSN experiment was carried out on the real-time Linux system platform.The experimental results show that the integration mapping between OPC UA specification and TSN standards is realized,it provides supports for interconnection of network and interoperability of system semantic.
