The safety of banknote transportation is related to the stable and orderly operation of the bank,and it is also related to the vigorous development of the financial industry and the industry atmosphere.Banking outlets generally carry out the transfer of banknotes in the cash zone,so the region is also a key area for bank security.The access control system in the cash area must have high-precision and high-accuracy real-time identification performance,in order to strictly check the qualifications of the audit,and the staff passing the qualification examination can enter the cash zone.The Third Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security has undertaken the Bank's Money Transfer Safety Management System Project.The main objective of the project is to solve the coordination work between the multi-security systems,build a security infrastructure platform,and provide a stable,comprehensive security application system for the bank in the future.A secure,scalable platform that reduces the cost of bank security investments.At present,the bank banknote security management system relies on face recognition for authentication in the identity recognition module.However,since the appearance of a person changes with time,a person's facial features can be accurately obtained and recorded by means of photographing and video recording.Skin allergies,damage,cosmetic surgery,etc.may cause large changes in the face,which leads to misjudgment of face recognition.When the degree is serious,the system may not detect the face at all.Therefore,relying on the single-feature face recognition technology,the requirements of the banking industry for the operational safety index cannot be met in the real scene.In order to solve the above problems,it is proposed to combine multi-feature fusion matching with fingerprints based on the existing face recognition module.Fingerprint identification has the advantages of reliable,fast,flexible,convenient,and real-time.The application security of the bank channel is analyzed,and multiple biometric identification strategies are introduced to build a two-factor authentication identification platform that combines fingerprint recognition and face recognition technology.Based on the existing traditional face recognition SIFT algorithm and PCA algorithm,the improved PCA-SIFT face feature analysis matching algorithm is formed by reducing the dimension of the descriptor vector,and the face detection is performed using multi-feature detection method.The rate reached 98.33%,better than the traditional algorithm of 94.17%,At the same time,a high-performance fingerprint collector was introduced to collect the human fingerprint features accurately and efficiently.In the decision-making layer,parallel selection was used to perform two biometric fusion matching.The dual authentication of face and fingerprint is integrated into the bank's banknote security management system project,which is applied to the cash zone linkage door,which solves the hidden danger of fraudulently using fake photos through system authorization,and improves the accuracy of identity recognition and the security of bank transfer.coefficient.The improved identity recognition platform has the characteristics of good real-time performance,fast recognition speed and high stability.Thereby ensuring the normal operation of the banking outlets and the security of funds,and further improving the quality of financial services and the bank operation security index.Moreover,the design system has low cost and wide application space,and can be put into use in the area where the identity information is verified strictly.This paper has certain reference value and reference significance for the research of identification of narrow space.
