With the smarter mobile devices and the rapid development of 5G network communication technologies,Location-Based Service(LBS)brings convenience to people's lives,but it also carries the risk of privacy leakage.The information provided by the user request location service relates to sensitive privacy information such as the user's interests,living habits and health status.As the number of users using location services grows rapidly,privacy issues become more serious if malicious attackers adopt more advanced technologies or anonymous servers are not trusted.In recent years,many privacy protection methods for location-based services have been proposed at domestic and abroad,but the methods are insufficient.The research on privacy protection technology of location services is still widely concerned by researchers.This paper studies the location privacy protection method generated by the fake location and the location privacy protection method for the untrusted anonymous server.The main work of this paper includes:(1)This paper introduces the research background and research significance of location privacy protection technology,and summarizes the research status of location privacy protection technology at home and abroad.The theories and technologies related to location privacy protection are introduced,including privacy metrics,structure of location privacy protection technology and attacker model.(2)In the location privacy protection structure of the anonymous server,the anonymous server is not necessarily trusted,which may lead to the disclosure of private information.When the anonymous server performs k-anonymity,it is easy to generate the singularity of the anonymous location.Researching the location privacy protection method for anonymous servers of untrusted third parties makes it difficult for anonymous servers to obtain user's private information,and the anonymous results are more dispersed.Security was analyzed using a mobile object generator on a simulated data set.(3)Research on location-based privacy protection technology based on pseudo-location.When performing pseudo-location generation,it is necessary to consider the probability of query,and also consider submitting different types of query probabilities from specific regions at different time points,anonymizing the user's identity,and protecting users.Privacy information under continuous queries.Experiments were carried out using simulated data sets and the safety of the methods was analyzed.The innovations in this article include:(1)A method of distributed location privacy protection based on grid offset is proposed.This method is for untrusted anonymous servers.When the location is offset and the anonymous processing is performed,the location set has a high degree of dispersion.It is difficult for the anonymous server and the location server to directly obtain the user's private information,which improves the privacy protection degree,and the method has a lower time overhead,and the set of locations has a higher degree of positional dispersion.(2)A false location privacy protection method based on time sensitive edge information is proposed.The pseudo location of the method considers the time-sensitive query probability side information,and uses the bilinear pair to protect the user's personal identity information,which can protect the user's private information under continuous query and resist continuous query attacks.The method protects the user's location information and personal identity information,and the overall time overhead is small and the location set has a high location entropy.
