With the development of science and technology service industry in China, the number of various types of science and technology service platforms has increased sharply. The service content and process set up in different platforms are quite different, which makes it difficult for users to choose useful information, especially in cross-platform consultation.Based on this, this paper proposes a unified division of services between platforms, and builds an ontology model for different service contexts. In this study,we propose to introduce the concept of "context",divide the common technology service context, extract terms and define the relationship between classes and concepts for each specific context, and build the ontology model of related service context based on this.Due to the limitation of the author's ability and time, this paper only takes the intellectual property service context as an example, and uses the patent service context in this field as a concrete example to model and explain. The research content of this paper is as follows:Firstly, the concept of the context is introduced into the field of technology services. With reference to the division of the technology service industry, the service classification and related literature research of the existing platform are integrated, and the technology service contexts are divided to form a more detailed and scientific technology service context system.Secondly, taking the intellectual property service context as an example, relevant literature in this field was collected and classified according to specific service items to find out the core words and define the relationship between concepts. Finally,a patent service context is taken as an example to build an ontology model framework and explain it.
