Through the related methods in the computer field,detecting and analyzing the communication behavior patterns of users in the communication network plays an important role for the operator to identify the network structure and adjust the business strategy.Visual analysis combines human visual perception and intuitive and friendly interactive interface to display and explore data with sparse information density,and conveys deep rules to users,effectively helping communication experts to automatically explore the network rules of communication users.Ego network can accurately build a personal network structure.The ego network represents the relationship between a particular individual(ie,ego)and its related people,ie,alters,which are the focus of research in social network analysis.As an abstraction of the connection between the individual and the outside world,egocentric networks often have multiple attributes and have been applied in many fields of research such as sociology,anthropology and psychology.A multiattribute egocentric network can help users analyze individual and hidden patterns in the network.Based on ego network theory and visual analysis method,this thesis proposes a communication visualization analysis framework and constructs a communication data visualization analysis platform.The platform can interactively explore the behavior of mobile users' communication behavior from the perspective of a egocentric network.The communication data visualization analysis platform explores the rules of communication networks from three perspectives.From a macro perspective,the glyph model provides a holistic statistical view for exploring the distribution of user communication behaviors across the entire network of operators;providing a group classification view from a mesoscopic perspective,classifying and extracting users for Examine and compare the characteristics of anomalous behavior;at a microscopic perspective,an egocentric network view interactively presents the details between the central user and the contacts,and joins the contact relationship view and the user timing analysis view to help drill down into the central user's Communication rules.The system helps experts interactively explore mobile users' communication patterns from a egocentric perspective.In summary,the system allows relevant departments and operators to examine large-scale communication behavior data in an intuitive way to enable simpler detection and analysis of abnormal users.In addition,the visual analysis platform provides communication experts with a channel to observe user communication patterns,and can explore new rules of human social interaction.The results show that the system is effective in identifying abnormal communication behavior,and its front-end interactive visualization is intuitive and effective for experts to mine deeper rules.The design presented in this paper can be used in any scenario where a network structure exists.
