As one of the hot topics in the field of computer vision,visual target tracking technology is to perform moving target detection,feature extraction,classification recognition,tracking filtering and behavior recognition for continuous image sequences.At present,the research of visual target tracking is mainly based on visible light images and infrared images,and there are few studies on target tracking of ISAR images.With the growing maturity of ISAR imaging technology,in thesis,the study of target tracking method is based on multi-frame ISAR image,used to track key areas of the target or the hidden target.The main work of thesis is summarized as follows:(1)Analysis and comparison of the penetration characteristics,geometric characteristics and resolution of ISAR images and optical images,based on the advantages of ISAR images relative to optical images,the necessity and practical significance of the target tracking method based on multi-frame ISAR images are illustrated,and the basic process and framework of ISAR image target tracking are introduced,by comparing the current mainstream discriminant target tracking algorithm,combined with the characteristics of ISAR image itself,the applicability of the related filtering method in ISAR image target tracking is explained.(2)Applying the correlation filtering methods to ISAR image target tracking,firstly,the correlation filter and correlation filtering based ISAR image target tracking algorithm are introduced,then the kernel correlation filter tracking algorithm is deeply analyzed and deduced,the feasibility of applying it to ISAR image target tracking is proved theoretically,finally,through experiments,the feasibility of ISAR image target tracking method based on correlation filtering is verified from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative analysis.(3)For the shortcomings of the ISAR image target tracking algorithm based on correlation filtering,the corresponding improvement methods are proposed,about the problem of fixed template scale,an effective scale adaptive scheme is proposed,in addition,the performance of the overall ISAR image target tracking is further improved by integrating expressive features such as histogram of oriented gradient and scattering intensity name features,finally,through experiments,from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the improved algorithm improves the accuracy and robustness under the premise of ensuring real-time performance.(4)A target tracking system based on ISAR imaging technology is proposed,by building a proven experimental platform to tracking key areas of the target or the hidden target,and verify the feasibility of ISAR image target tracking method in practical scenarios,according to the designed target tracking system based on ISAR imaging technology,a verification experimental platform was built,and a servo control system was designed to be used in the experimental process,finally,the host computer interface design of the control module in the ISAR imaging target tracking system is completed by C# language.
