With the increasing popularity of electronic products,the demand for various types of electronic display screens is also growing,and the demand for glass panel manufacturing and inspection is also growing rapidly.As one of the main methods for obtaining three dimensional data,structured light three dimensional measurement method has the advantages of non-contact,high precision and fast.In recent years,the attention of structured light three dimensional measurement method has been increasing,and the application fields include optical mirror manufacturing,semiconductor industry,and polishing molds,mobile phone casing and glass panel manufacturing,face recognition and surface defect detection.The main research contents of the thesis are:1.Theoretical analysis of three dimensional shape detection method of mobile phone glass panel based on fringe reflection.The theory of three dimensional shape detection method of mobile phone glass panel based on stripe reflection is analyzed in detail,and the main factors which affecting the detection accuracy of three-dimensional shape of mobile glass panel are analyzed.The measurement method for the arc edge of mobile glass panel is proposed.2.Research on face detection method of mobile phone glass panel based on stripe reflectionA detailed analysis of the face detection method of mobile phone glass panel is carried out.It is proposed that the arc of the mobile phone glass cover should be illuminated with large period sinusoidal fringe patterns,this step is to avoid extract the wrong phase distribution.The experimental measurement system is built,and the corresponding method is verified for the proposed method.The experimental results prove the effectiveness of the method.3.The research of ambiguity problem in the three dimensional shape detection system.The reasons and elimination methods of ambiguity error in the fringe reflection three dimensional measurement system are analyzed,and the current research status is introduced.An experimental system with low ambiguity error is built and experiment is done.The experimental results show the effectiveness of the method.4.Detection of specular surface defects with eliminating dusts based on polarized structured-light illuminationWhen the defect detection of the mobile phone glass cover is carried out in the industrial inspection,the surface dust will affect the result of the defect detection,and a glass panel defect detection method which can effectively remove the influence of dust is proposed,the measurement system was built and the experimental verification of the method was carried out.The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.
