Under the rapid development of all aspects of society,the data communication between individuals and individuals has become more and more,and the number of people has increased.The demand for communication quality has gradually increased.The main demand for communication quality is to communicate.Can be more real.In order to make the interaction during communication more vivid and more realistic,people will pursue video calls.But as we all know,video calls are different from ordinary voice calls.In addition to the audio quality requirements,the quality of the video is a top priority.In most of the current implementation scenarios,due to the lighting situation and the ability of the equipment to be affected to collect,the darkness and high video noise have become important factors affecting the subjective experience.In this paper,the image processing algorithm is deeply studied.The real-time video environment is analyzed and experimented.The video quality enhancement client for real-time communication is designed and installed on the Web RTC-based video call system.Aiming at the limitations of existing video environment and video capture equipment,a low illumination video quality enhancement algorithm is proposed,which can effectively improve the video quality in low illumination environment and improve the brightness of video subject.Compared with other algorithms,the algorithm has less noise.The optimization time is short and the real-time video requirements can be met.The algorithm is equipped with a converged communication platform,which can effectively enhance the subjective feelings of both parties.At the same time,this paper has made certain extensions to the system.In order to enhance the compatibility and applicability of the system,the Web RTC-SIP application layer local gateway is added to enable interoperability between Web RTC and Web RTC-SIP.The paper first introduces the various theories applied by the algorithm,and introduces the advantages of the improved low-intensity illumination intensity improvement algorithm introduced in this paper.Then it introduces the overall organizational structure of Web RTC and SIP and some related protocols..Secondly,this paper designs and implements a real-time video quality enhancement client based on Web RTC,which includes the design and implementation of low-light video quality enhancement algorithm,the design and implementation of Web RTC-SIP application layer local gateway and the design and implementation of enhanced algorithm.Finally,a real-time video calling system that is adaptable to low-light environments,compatible with Web RTC and SIP protocols,and capable of high-quality calls is completed.Finally,the paper tests the video quality enhancement client for real-time communication.By analyzing and analyzing the results,the algorithm can improve the communication quality of video through low illumination,and generate less noise and short processing time.The real-time video calling system equipped with high-quality calls can meet the needs of video calling and achieve the original design goals.
