Garment is an indispensable consumer product in daily life and an important part of social culture.The economic and social development is changing with each passing day,presenting individualized,fit,high-grade and fashionable garment,which is not only the inevitable direction of the development of garment,but also the inevitable trend of the development of the contemporary and future garment industry.China's garment industry must carry out industrial upgrading,improve the content of science and technology,and produce garment containing high-tech,so that we can truly make our garment go to the world.The ideas and methods of 3D digital garment modeling and visualization research show obvious advantages in terms of individuality,fit,artistry and wide-ranging customization.It is an important development direction of modern digital garment design.In view of the key technologies and research difficulties in 3D garment simulation and visualization research,this paper focuses on 3D mannequin feature recognition and 3D garment prototype modeling.Firstly,the processed 3D mannequin point cloud image is converted into human body depth image.Secondly,based on this,the SURF algorithm is used to identify the human feature points,and the cubic b-spline is used to identify the human body contour curve of the feature points,and then the 3D mannequin characteristic line is obtained,which is the human body contour line,and the human body size are measured.On this basis,the algorithm of 3D garment prototype modeling is proposed by feature curve and triangulation.The 3D garment surface is divided into shoulder,chest,abdomen,back and other sub-surfaces for segmentation and the 3D garment pieces are expanded into 2D garment pieces by simple geometric calculation.Then,through the harmonious parameterization algorithm,the garment piece is partially edited,so that between the garment piece and the 3D mannequin can be achieved a better fit.Finally,according to the performance of the garment fabric,the particle-spring model is introduced,and the AABB collision detection algorithm and the collision response are combined to realize the visualization of the 3D mannequin garment.
